From its inception, TeamCast always validated and guarantee its products and solutions by bringing in the highest level of care.
In that purpose, TeamCast initiated in 2006 a process of continuous improvement as recommended by the ISO 9001 standard. This process ended up by a quality certificate issued in September 2011, covering all TeamCast’s activity domains.
With this commitment, TeamCast is permanently seeking its customer’ satisfaction, by providing them with the best response to their needs, and by guarantying the quality of its products. With the same spirit, TeamCast received in May 2011 an ETL certification – an alternative to the certification by the Underwriters Laboratories (UL) – which makes easier the sale of products in the United States of America and in Canada.
After the update of the standard in September 2015, TeamCast quickly initiated the adaptation of its management system to meet the new requirements. The new ISO 9001:2015 certification has been granted on September 16, 2017.
