In the context of providing latest state-of-the art OEM modules to Digital TV Transmitter manufacturers and system integrators who address ENG and Test & Measurements market segments, ensuring after sales services to customer is considered as a first priority for TEAMCAST.

The added value services delivered by TEAMCAST to its customers consist of different parts as follows:

• Providing specific training course covering DTV and Mobile TV technologies as well as TEAMCAST product integration and operating (see http://www.teamcast.com/en/maj-e/c2a2i13989/support/services-training/services-training.htm)
• Delivering hot-line technical support
• Developping technical documentation concerning the products and their integration.

The WEB Customer Area has been especially designed to provide to TEAMCAST customers access in a very simple way to the technical documentation as well as to product software releases. This area is devided into four sub-parts:

1. Control Softwares: to download the control software required to operate TEAMCAST products,
2. Product Updates: to access to the last software release packs. Please contact our Technical Support team for more information about the product update procedure.
3. Application Notes: to access to the technical application notes that has been developped by our Application Engineering team to ease the product integration and operating.
4. Return Material Auhorization: to describe the procedure to follow for material return to factory
