Description

The D-MOD S/S2 receiver is a dual DVB-S and DVB-S2 receiver. The D-MOD S/S2 is high performance dual demodulator-decoder for advanced DVB satellite reception. Each channel supports DVB-S as well as DVB-S2 in QPSK, 8PSK, 16APSK and 32APSK.
D-MOD S/S2 can be used either with LNB satellite blocks or with L-band receivers.
In both cases, the D-MOD S/S2 can be configured and driven by the user with the
GUI.

Performance & Reliability

All the modulations of EN 302 307 are demodulated. In the most robust MODCOD, the C/N can go below 0dB and the D-MOD S/S2 will synchronise and demodulate correctly the input signal. Full error monitoring facilities are available and signal statistics are provided via a simple WEB interface.
Monitoring and control module is done through a simple and intuitive interface. This interface is accessible through a browser like Firefox or Opera.
