Serge MAL joined TeamCast's management team on June2, 2008.

Following its continuing strong growth over the last three years and the creation of its American subsidiary one year ago, TeamCast is strengthening its operations’ management with the arrival of Serge MAL.

Previously, Serge MAL was managing the "Business Development" activities of Thomson's Systems division. Prior to this, he was Director and Vice-President of Multimedia activities within Thales Broadcast and Multimedia, which was acquired by Thomson at the end of 2005.  In this role, he directed a team of more than 200 staff specialising in the design and commercialisation of equipment to provide end-to-end solutions for Broadcast (terrestrial, cable, satellite) and Broadband (IPTV and Mobile TV) networks.  Serge contributed in particular to Thales’ success in the marketplace for TV over ADSL and in the first deployments of DVB-H mobile TV services.

Serge MAL has over 10 years experience in the video industry having commenced his career working in the field digital TV in 1992 with Matra Communication.

Serge MAL holds a Degree in Engineering from the “Ecole Polytechnique Universitaire de Lille“ and a Business School degree from the CFP/CPA.
