The RXS-1000 is a cost effective, high performance satellite DVB-S/S2 demodulator for addressing the OEM market. It provides an opportune solution for transmitter manufacturers to integrate satellite demodulation within their products and thereby to satisfy the growing demands from Broadcasters to deploy more integrated and cost effective implementations for digital TV transmission sites. The RXS-1020 integrates dual satellite demodulators that can deliver two MPEG-TS datastreams to interface to the Digital TV modulators. The RXS-1020 also includes flexible FPGA-based software resources that permit the product to be upgraded to implement additional stream management and algorithmic processes if required.

As with all TEAMCAST modules, the RXS-1000 product consists of a compact and powerful unit. It features within the same module the dual satellite demodulator and the flexible TS stream management process. Its small size enables the manufacturer to integrate powerful satellite demodulation features within their own transmitter product ranges.
